When you are 30 years old, you want to play till you are 40. When you are 40 you want to play till you are 50. Who says 60 is too old? Now we say we'll be playing till we are 80. We are very grateful to our Sponsors as they help with our uniforms and registration expensies.
The Suncoast Soccer Legaue was formed many years ago in Florida. Now they have over 30, over 40, over 50 and over 60 teams. In the area of Tampa we have 5 O60 teams in 5 locations: Tarpon Springs, Palm harbor, Tampa, Saint Petersburg and Sarasota. We play 3 games with each team, total of 14 starting in October and ending April. Amazing jerney for the season trophy. Tarpon Spartans got 2 of them so far the last 4 years.
Along with our League games we play scrimmage games year around every Sunday and Wednesday.
As well we invite our Spartan team from Boston every year for a tournament.
